They are bragging about a search term that isn't competitive so of course a site like AR will rank in the top 5 for that phrase. But anyone that knows what they are really doing could easily get a non competitive search phrase like that in the top 5, even # 1. The day an AR member brags about getting an article #1 for a competitive phrase like "city" + real estate, that will get my attention!
