@Lydia;

Thanks for dropping by. I am with you on both AR and REW blogs...I know Morgan is working on a solution for the REW blogs.

And you are correct thet KW stuffed posts are for one reason only.

Best

That's why I don't get involved with AR. Just one huge spam farm.

I agree with you wholeheartedly about REW and it's forums. They are remarkably spam free.

I wish I could say the same about the REW blogs. Lets be honest, probably 85% or more of the posts are strictly promoting a property, agent, or website, rather than providing actual content anyone cares to read.

I agree Eric. No one wants to live in an area where they do not feel safe and no one wants to participate in an online community where they do not feel safe. Great analogy!

Great points, Eric.

There are very few good online communities that keep the spam in check. Most places I visit, to find a gold nugget, its buried under ten thousand screaming kindergarteners all wanting attention for whatever product they are pitching for the moment - with little or no regard toward trying to build a relationship with anyone.

Consequently, I find myself spending time at those VERY FEW places that do police their community, because its simply easier to communicate.

Big thumbs up to Real Estate Webmasters and the rest of those communities that keep things cleaned up as they an internet ideal that allows a good exchange of ideas with others in a civil environment.
