Pull up the top rankings and those URLs through some on-line keyword density tools as found on SEOChat or of the sorts. It's kind of a ghetto way to approach it but it will provide you with some focus as to what more experienced SEOs in your industry or region are doing.  Imitate them so you can eventually beat them.</description>
